Amy offers a variety of fitness services catered specifically to expectant and new mothers. Whether you're a seasoned runner looking to stay active during pregnancy or a new mom looking to rebuild strength postpartum, Amy has a program tailored just for you.
Prep4Birth
One of the classes Amy teaches is group Prep4Birth. These sessions focus on preparing expectant mothers for the physical demands of labor and delivery. From breathing techniques to gentle exercises that promote pelvic floor health, these classes are designed to empower women as they approach childbirth. By participating in these classes, you can feel more confident and prepared for the birthing process.
This 3-hour childbirth education class is designed to help expectant mothers prepare both physically and mentally for the challenges of labor and birth. You will learn how to use tools such as the birth ball and peanut ball to optimize labor progression and enhance your birthing experience. Suitable for home, birth center, and hospital births, this class supports mothers planning for both unmedicated and epidural labor.

Postpartum Recovery
In addition to prenatal classes, Amy also offers group Postpartum Recovery Fitness classes. These sessions are geared towards helping new mothers regain strength, stamina, and confidence in their bodies after giving birth. The classes incorporate a mix of cardio, strength training, and flexibility exercises to support your postpartum recovery journey. Not only will you benefit physically from these classes, but you'll also have the opportunity to connect with other new moms in a supportive and welcoming environment.
This 6-week "Mommy and Me" class meets once a week and offers a progressive, evidence-based approach to recovering from pregnancy and childbirth. Each session is 75 minutes and includes strengthening exercises as well as educational components on important topics such as diastasis recti, urinary leakage, return-to-running protocols, and other common concerns of motherhood. The program is designed to build a solid foundation for returning to daily activities and embracing your role as a mother with confidence and strength!
The best part of the 4TFM classes taught by Amy is that they are all offered virtually via Zoom! You can move and learn from the comfort of your own home with other moms in the same stage of life as you!
