Welcome! I’m Amy, a certified personal trainer, running coach, and 4TFM instructor dedicated to helping women achieve their running and fitness goals. With a passion for empowering others, I specialize in creating tailored training programs that focus on improving speed, strength, and overall performance.

My journey in the world of running has been both exhilarating and rewarding. I’ve completed 7 marathons, over 50 half marathons, and countless other races, gaining firsthand experience in what it takes to excel on race day. This extensive experience allows me to provide insights and strategies that can transform your training and help you reach your personal best.

Beyond my professional life, I’m a huge Disney enthusiast and eagerly participate in every runDisney event I can. My love for Disney adds an extra touch of fun and motivation to my training programs, ensuring that your journey towards your goals is as enjoyable as it is successful.
