Welcome!
I’m Amy—a certified personal trainer, running coach, and 4TFM instructor passionate about helping women build strength, confidence, and consistency in their fitness journey. I specialize in creating personalized training programs designed to improve speed, strength, and overall performance—while still honoring the realities of everyday life.
Running has been one of the most transformative parts of my life. I’ve completed more than 10 marathons, 50+ half marathons, and countless other races, and through every start line and finish line, I’ve learned what it truly takes to show up, push through, and grow. That experience allows me to guide my clients with practical strategies, proven training methods, and real-world perspective—so you can feel prepared, confident, and strong on race day.
But more than anything, I believe fitness should feel fun and sustainable. As a lifelong Disney enthusiast and dedicated runDisney participant, I bring a sense of joy and magic into the process. Whether you’re chasing a PR, building strength, or simply learning to balance it all, I’m here to support you every step of the way.

My approach to coaching is rooted in balance, consistency, and meeting you where you are. Whether you’re building toward a big race or simply working to feel stronger and more confident, I’m here to guide you with a mix of strategy, support, and just the right amount of push—so you can show up as your strongest self, in running and in life.
