POSTPARTUM RECOVERY

Postpartum Recovery is a 6-week Mommy and Me class that meets once a week via Zoom. It offers a progressive, evidence-based approach to recovering from pregnancy and childbirth. Each session includes strengthening exercises and educational components on important topics such as diastasis recti, urinary leakage, return-to-running protocols, and other common concerns of motherhood. The program is designed to build a solid foundation for returning to daily activities and embracing your role as a mother with confidence and strength.

PREP4BIRTH

Prep4Birth is 3-hour childbirth education class broken into two 1.5 hour sessions. It is designed to help expectant mothers prepare both physically and mentally for the challenges of labor and birth. You will lear to use tools such as the birth ball and peanut ball to optimize labor progression and enhance your birthing experience. Suitable for home, birth center, and hospital births, this class supports mothers planning for both unmedicated and epidural labor.
